More Good News On Crusaders

It appears now that if we can believe the Rugby press that the Crusaders are to move to the north lock stock and barrel. While this has been condemned by clubs that failed to get a super league franchise but it does represent a great opportunity for us in the north of Wales. The Crusaders have spent a lot of time developing the grass roots game in Bridgend and the development of a new first division team in Neath should build on that work.

BBC reports today confirm that Wrexham FC owner Geoff Moss is poised to buy the club as no investors could be found in the south.

The club must now pull out all the stops on the pitch and deliver a winning season as the process of awarding the franchises for 2012-15 begins next year. The deciding factor in all this will be the level of support they get and that will be down to us.

This year's averages attendances with the increase/decrease on last year in brackets.
